At BEARPAW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges for unworn merchandise within 90 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your unworn BEARPAW shoes in their original packaging and drop the box off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
